TL DR: stuck in download loop when trying to start the game.©2008 - 2018 Rockstar Games, Inc. Game is not installed on C: but on a second SSD ( in case it could be an issue Which brings me to you guys :D Has someone had this issue, and was able to fix it? Help me please, im getting frustrated :( I found somewhere that my anti virus software could be the issue (AVAST) but disabling and even uninstalling didn't help.Īll the latest drivers and updates installed checking google and contacting rockstar didn't help either. I have already re-installed it completely and tried all of the following steps: The only exception being when i start it without internet connection. I have not been able to start it since then, and it keeps me in a download loop. It was downloading a huge ass patch (as expected), and when it was done and ready to start, it was again verifying game data and trying to update the launcher(?). I have the rockstar download version of GTA 5 since it's release, and I didn't have any problems until some time ago - everything was working fine until i wanted to play the game after I haven't been playing for a few months.
